V Care Foundation follows a transparent donation policy.

Donations
- Donations once made cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are not applicable as donations are immediately allocated to animal welfare activities.
Exceptions
In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, refunds may be considered after verification.
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
